Ents Pro specialises in supplying musicians for the cruise line industry, specifically singers and reading musicians for keyboards, guitar, bass and drums, for modern pop-rock bands.
Based in the UK, the company is run by musicians, for musicians. Led by Jaime Caswell, we possess a wealth of cruise ship experience and we pride ourselves on being a trustworthy link in your transition from land to sea. Ents Pro have a proven track record of over twenty years providing top musicians to leading cruise lines around the world.

​As a musician, you have studied and trained hard to develop your skills, and we understand the dedication it takes to become a full-time professional in this field. We want you to have the opportunity to make the money you deserve through performing at a high standard, while also working in a fun and professional environment. Initially we ask for you to commit to four months onboard, with the option to extend or return after a break. When you apply, we may ask you to undertake a reading audition, depending on your previous experience. We will support you throughout your journey.

Life On board
​Food and board is included, and you'll have access to a gym. In most cases you will be working in the evenings, so you will frequently be able to leave the ship in the daytime to explore and see the sights. On most cruise lines you will also have an onboard discount.
